Gender Inclusive Wellness
A workshop for yoga and wellbeing teachers, educators and professionals.
Queer Mind–Body Movement
This class is a safe(r) place for the LGBTQIA+ community to take up space and explore joyful movement that feels energising, empowering and fun. This is a space of curiosity and exploration, inviting you to discover how it feels to move intuitively with your body, not against it. You will never be encouraged to push past your comfortable limit.
Classes are LGBTQIA+ safe, size inclusive, trauma informed, disability friendly and neurodiversity affirming.
While these sessions encourage a connection between mind and body, they do not include formal meditation as this is contraindicated for certain neurotypes. Likewise, there is no music played during the class, as, for some neurotypes, background noise can be distracting or distressing.
